Why GOD delays ?
Once there was a small kid on earth. One fine day it came to know that god is distributing apples to humans in his place at heaven. The kid was so happy to receive that news and it went with lot of enjoyment to heaven to get the apple from GOD. There was a big queue standing to get apple from god and this kid also joined in that queue. While it was standing, it was fully excited and thrilled for the fact that it is going to receive in person from god's hands. Its turn too came and the kid showed its both the hands to receive apple. God gave the apple but unfortunately the tiny hands couldn't hold that big apple. Apple fell down and got wasted in mud. The kid got so disappointed. The ministers near the god informed that if the kid likes to have an apple from god again then it has to again follow the queue. Having waited for so long the kid didn't want to return back to earth with empty hands so it decided to wait again in the queue. This time the queue has become even longer than the previous one. While waiting in queue, the kid could see lot of people who returns back with apple in hands and utmost satisfaction on their faces. The kid was so much disappointed and thought why me alone didn't get the apple in hand when all others were easily able to get it. What is the sin I did that I alone should suffer like this. Now the kid was so scared that it should not miss the apple again. Again its turn came and god gave the apple to the kid's hands and after giving the apple GOD spoke to the kid. My dear child, last time after giving you the apple only I noticed the apple I gave to you was a rotten apple and that's why I made that to fell down from your hands. Having given you a rotten apple, I felt bad for you and I wanted to give you the best apple in the farm and that time the best apple in the farm was growing and that's why I made you to wait such a long time in the queue. Here it is. Now the apple that you have in hand is 'The Best' apple in the farm till to date. Enjoy." So, friends, sometimes it happens as even after we put our 100% dedication and commitment things may get delayed or things may go wrong. Believe that god has something great for us and that's why this has happened. Always say, 'Gratitude is absolutely the best way to bring more in one's life'. Believe this and see the world... Your world will also look green..
What to do when we loose motivation?
(90% complete)
Motivation is only one of the ingredients in the success recipe. And often, not a very important one. Keep in mind that going through periods of greater and lesser motivation is totally normal and not a sign of weakness or dysfunction. One of the keys to creating lasting change is being able to do what you need to (to achieve your goals) even when the feeling of motivation has left the building.
Sometimes, maintaining those life-changing behaviours has nothing to do with (the feeling of) motivation and everything to do with self-discipline, commitment and accountability.
If you rely solely on motivation to get you there (wherever there is), you’ll spend your life getting on and off the Transformation Merry-go-Round. Your motivational peaks and troughs don’t need to determine your behaviour, so it’s crucial that you learn to maintain momentum, stay committed and be disciplined even when you’re not in the zone. Which, of course, will be often. Being human and all. ![]()
A Hypothetical
Let’s say that today you go to the doctor and you are diagnosed with Type-1 diabetes. You are told that if you don’t inject yourself four times each day with insulin, you could fall into a diabetic coma at any stage and die (okay, it’s a scary hypothetical).
Now, would you only inject yourself with insulin when you were in the zone? After all, needles certainly aren’t much fun.
Would you rely on your level of motivation to determine whether or not you complied with the doctor’s instructions, or would you simply do what was required no matter what?
Has a light come on yet or should I continue?
I’ll assume total compliance would be your choice.
So, why wouldn’t you have any motivational problems with the daily administration of your insulin? Could it be that once the doctor explained the potential consequences of non-compliance, you realised that (your level of) motivation was irrelevant? It was simply a matter of doing what needed to be done. What you ‘felt’ like doing on a given day didn’t come into it.
Once we totally commit to change, then our thinking, decisions, behaviours, results and transformation will be a natural consequence of that commitment. Once we make something non-negotiable, motivation (or the lack thereof) becomes a non-issue.
Our problem is not a motivation issue, it’s a commitment issue.

Think out of Box
Many years ago, somewhere in a small village, a farmer had the misfortune Of owing a large sum of money to a village moneylender. The moneylender, who was old and ugly, fancied the farmer’s beautiful daughter. So he proposed a bargain. He said he would forgo the farmer’s debt if he could marry his daughter. Both the farmer and his daughter were horrified by the proposal.
So the cunning money-lender suggested that they let LUCK decide the matter. He told them that he would put a black pebble and a white pebble into an empty money bag. Then the girl would Have to pick one pebble from the bag.
1. If she picked the black pebble, she would become his wife and her father’s debt would be forgiven.
2. If she picked the white pebble she need not marry him and her father’s debt would still be forgiven.
3. But if she refused to pick a pebble, her father would be thrown into jail.
They were standing on a pebble strewn path in the farmer’s field. As they talked, the moneylender bent over to pick up two pebbles. As he picked them up, the sharp-eyed girl noticed that he had picked up two black pebbles and put them into the bag. He then asked the girl to pick a pebble from the bag.
Now, imagine that you were standing in the field. What would you have done if you were the girl? If you had to advise her, what would you have told her?
Careful analysis would produce three possibilities:
1. The girl should refuse to take a pebble (Her father will be thrown in jail)
2. The girl should show that there were two black pebbles in the bag and expose the money-lender as a cheat (but the money will still be owed)
3. The girl should pick a black pebble and sacrifice herself in order to save her father from his debt and imprisonment (Girl will have to marry the cruel lender)
Take a moment to ponder over the story. The above story is used with the hope that it will make us appreciate the difference between lateral and logical thinking. Think of the consequences if she chooses the above logical answers.
What would you recommend to the Girl to do?

The girl put her hand into the moneybag and drew out a pebble. Without looking at it, she fumbled and let it fall onto the pebble-strewn path Where it immediately became lost among all the other pebbles.
“Oh, how clumsy of me,” she said. “But never mind, if you look into the Bag for the one that is left, you will be able to tell which pebble I picked.”
Since the remaining pebble is black, it must be assumed that she had picked the white one. And since the money-lender dared not admit his dishonesty, the girl changed what seemed an impossible situation into an extremely advantageous one.
Moral of the Story: Most complex problems do have a solution. If only we Think Logically and Out of the Box.
Its all about perceptions
You think it is a frog and I think it is a horse !
Wait for a while
Moral: We have to respect each other's opinion and view ; as you can see it clearly in the above picture. We just need to wait and listen actively to others' point of view!

Who wins inside us Good or Evil ?
One cold night, in a far away village in a far away land, a wizened teacher and his young disciple sat next to a crackling fire.
"Sensei (Teacher), is humanity fundamentally good or evil?" asked the disciple. The Teacher replied, "My son, in all my years of study, I have discovered this one truth in relation to your question." "There exists two wolves within us all, fighting a grand battle for supremacy. One is Evil, and it values above all ANGER, ENVY, JEALOUSY, SORROW, REGRET, GREED, ARROGANCE, SELF-PITY, GUILT, RESENTMENT, INFERIORITY, DISHONESTY, SUPERIORITY and NEGATIVITY." He paused for a breath.
"The other is Good. It values LOVE, FORGIVENESS, JOY, PEACE, PATIENCE, KINDNESS, HUMILITY, FAITH, COMPASSION, TRUTH, GENEROSITY and POSITIVITY."
The disciple considered what the teacher had just said for a moment, and then asked him, "Which wolf wins?"
The great Sensei simply replied, "The one you feed."

90-10 Principle
( 90% complete)
What is this principle?
10% of life is made up of what happens to you. 90% of life is decided by how you react. What does this mean?
We really have no control over 10% of what happens to us. We cannot stop the car from breaking down. The plane will be late arriving, which throws our whole schedule off. A driver may cut us off in traffic. We have no control over this 10%. The other 90% is different. You determine the other 90%.
How?
By your reaction.
You cannot control a red light, but you can control your reaction. Don't let people fool you; YOU can control how you react.
Let's use an example.
You are eating breakfast with your family. Your daughter knocks over a cup of coffee onto your business shirt. You have no control over what just what happened. What happens when the next will be determined by how you react?
You curse. You harshly scold your daughter for knocking the cup over.
She breaks down in tears. After scolding her, you turn to your spouse and criticize her for placing the cup too close to the edge of the table. A short verbal battle follows. You storm upstairs and change your shirt. Back downstairs, you find your daughter has been too busy crying to finish breakfast and get ready for school. She misses the bus. Your spouse must leave immediately for work.
You rush to the car and drive your daughter to school. Because you are late, you drive 40 miles an hour in a 30 mph speed limit. After a 15-minute delay and throwing $60 traffic fine away, you arrive at school. Your daughter runs into the building without saying good-bye. After arriving at the office 20 minutes late, you find you forgot your briefcase. Your day has started terrible. As it continues, it seems to get worse and worse. You look forward to coming home, When you arrive home, you find small wedge in your relationship with your spouse and daughter.
Why?
Because of how you reacted in the morning. Why did you have a bad day?
A) Did the coffee cause it?
B) Did your daughter cause it?
C) Did the policeman cause it?
D) Did you cause it?
The answer is " D".
You had no control over what happened with the coffee. How you reacted in those 5 seconds is what caused your bad day.
Here is what could have and should have happened.
Coffee splashes over you. Your daughter is about to cry. You gently say,"It is ok honey, you just need to be more careful next time". Grabbing a towel you rush upstairs. After grabbing a new shirt and your briefcase, you come back down in time to look through the window and see your child getting on the bus. She turns and waves. You arrive 5 minutes early and cheerfully greet the staff. Your boss comments on how good the day you are having.
Did you notice the difference?
Two different scenarios.
Both started the same. Both ended different.
Why?
Because of how you REACTED.
You really do not have any control over 10% of what happens. The other 90% was determined by your reaction.
Here are some ways to apply the 90/10 principle.
If someone says something negative about you, don't be a sponge. Let the attack roll off like water on glass. You don't have to let the negative comment affect you!
React properly and it will not ruin your day. A wrong reaction could result in losing a friend, being fired, getting stressed out etc.
How do you react if someone cuts you off in traffic? Do you lose your temper? Pound on the steering wheel? A friend of mine had the steering wheel fall off.
Do you curse? Does your blood pressure skyrocket? Do you try and bump them?
How does it matter, if you arrive ten seconds later at work? Why let the cars ruin your drive?
Remember the 90/10 principle, and do not worry about it.
You are told the plane is late; it is going to mangle your schedule for the day. Why take out your frustration on the flight attendant?
She has no control over what is going on. Use your time to study, get to know the other passenger.
Why get stressed out? It will just make things worse.
Now you know the 90-10 principle.
Apply it and you will be amazed at the results. You will lose nothing if you try it.
The 90-10 principle is incredible. Very few know and apply this principle.
The result? Millions of people are suffering from undeserved stress, trials, problems and heartache.
We all must understand and apply the 90/10 principle.
It CAN change your life ! or at least the way we react to situations !
Things are not always what they seem
( 90 Per cent complete )
Two travelling angels stopped to spend the night in the home of a wealthy family. The family was rude and refused to let the angels stay in the mansion's guest room. Instead the angels were given a small space in the cold basement. As they made their bed on the hard floor, the older angel saw a hole in the wall and repaired it. When the younger angel asked why, the older angel replied, "Things aren't always what they seem."
The next night the pair came to rest at the house of a very poor, but very hospitable farmer and his wife. After sharing what little food they had the couple let the angels sleep in their bed where they could have a good night's rest. When the sun came up the next morning the angels found the farmer and his wife in tears. Their only cow, whose milk had been their sole income, lay dead in the field.
The younger angel was infuriated and asked the older angel how could you have let this happen? The first man had everything, yet you helped him, she accused. The second family had little but was willing to share everything, and you let the cow die.
"Things aren't always what they seem," the older angel replied. "When we stayed in the basement of the mansion, I noticed there was gold stored in that hole in the wall. Since the owner was so obsessed with greed and unwilling to share his good fortune, I sealed the wall so he wouldn't find it."
"Then last night as we slept in the farmers bed, the angel of death came for his wife. I gave him the cow instead. Things aren't always what they seem."
Sometimes that is exactly what happens when things don't turn out the way they should. If you have faith, you just need to trust that every outcome is always to your advantage. You might not know it until some time later.
Becoming stress free person
EXERCISE
If you are one of those people who never exercises, then I'm sorry, I know you hate to hear it again and again but EXERCISE IS VERY GOOD FOR YOU. Not only is it great for you physically, but it's a very potent drug for making you feel better psychologically. As your heart starts pumping, your body releases endorphins into your system which not only burn off stress but also allow you to view your life and challenges through a more empowering and optimistic lens. Exercising not only makes you a stress free person but also a confident and happy person.
